Name of Post: Management Trainees [39]
Pay Scale: Consolidated pay equivalent to 75% of pay (Basic + DA) per month in the scale of Rs.8600-250-14600/-(Pre-revised).
Qualifications: The candidates in order to be eligible for above post shall be:
i) For Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation: BE / B.Tech in relevant discipline
ii) For Personnel: 2 year full time P.G. degree or diploma in PM&IR/ Labour & Social Works
iii) For Finance & Accounts: Graduate with CA/ICWA
iv) For Marketing: M.Sc (Agriculture) or B.Sc (Agriculture) with 2 year full time PGDM/MBA having specialization in Marketing Management/Agricultural Marketing
v) For Materials Management: Full time Degree in Engineering
Age: 30 years
