i) Officers belonging to IA&AS, Indian Civil Accounts Services, Indian Defence  Accounts Services, Indian Cost Account Service, Indian P&T Account & Finance Service and Indian Railways Accounts Service with 1 year service in HAG grade or 4 yrs service in SAG grade
