Filling up of one post of Legal Assistant (Location: New Delhi) , Group 'B' Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial in the Scale of Pay of PB-2 Rs.9300-34,800 plus Grade Pay Rs. 4,200/-in the Bureau of Police Research and Development, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi on deputation basis/Deputation or Re-employment for Armed Forces Personnel .
The candidates in order to be eligible for appointment to the above post shall be:
i) holding analogous post in regular service or;
ii) have at least 3 years regular service in the scale of Revised PB Rs 9300 – 34800 + GP 4200/- or equivalent OR have at least 6 years regular service in the scale of Revised PB Rs 5200 – 20200 + GP 2800/- or equivalent
iii) Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognised university or equivalent
iv) 2 years’ experience in legal work
Age: 56 years
