Recruitment of Officer Level Marketing Professionals through UGC-NET Examination of November, 2017 - Indian Oil Corporation
The candidate shortlisting for further selection process comprising Group Discussion (GD)/Group Task (GT) and Personal Interview (PI) will be based on University Grant Commission-National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) examination, being conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on behalf of University Grant Commission (UGC) scheduled on 5th November, 2017.


Eligibility: Two-year full-time Post-Graduate Diploma/Masters Degree in Business Management with specialisation in Marketing Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognized Indian University/Institute, with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA (relaxed to 55% for candidates belonging to SC/ST and PwD categories).


Selected candidates will be placed in the pay-scale of Rs.24,900-50,000/- and receive a starting basic pay of Rs. 24,900/-per month. In addition, the officers will receive Dearness Allowance (DA) and other allowances, according to the rules and regulation of the Corporation, currently in vogue and as amended from time to time.


The gross average Cost-to-Company (CTC), will be about Rs 12.00 lakh per annum inclusive of Performance Related Pay (PRP). The actual CTC will vary depending on place of posting, financial performance of the Corporation and also performance rating of individual. The above remuneration is due for Revision shortly and the 3rd Pay Revision Committee (PRC) constituted by Government of India has already submitted its recommendations. The recommendations of the committee will be implemented soon. As per the proposed pay-scale, the entry-level basic pay to an Officer is expected to be Rs 60,000/- per month.
